Building AI work tools at Voicenotes.
Previously at Buy Me a Coffee ( W19).
I build products people keep open all day.
The software I care about isn’t something you visit now and then. It quietly becomes part of your day. Notes apps, meeting tools, dictation. The good ones get out of the way until you forget you’re using them.
Right now that’s Voicenotes, an AI voice and meeting-notes app used by more than 800,000 people. Over the past year, I designed the foundation for the core flows of the new iOS app, built the native Mac app from scratch, and now design across the Mac app, web app, landing pages, and brand.
Voicenotes won a Product Hunt Golden Kitty Award, was featured among Apple’s top productivity apps, and appeared on Stripe’s Black Friday Cyber Monday website.
Before that, I worked on Buy Me a Coffee, redesigning memberships, payments, and growth flows, and reworking the creator dashboard. In 2025 it processed 2.41 million payments and paid out to more than 50,000 creators.
Last year I shipped 31 projects across nine apps and four platforms. I like to understand the problem before I open Figma. Then I build fast, often prototyping in code with AI, and keep refining until the whole experience feels inevitable, as if it couldn’t have been any other way.
Projects
Built the native Mac app 0→1 — meetings, memos, dictation, team collaboration, and AI workflows — at full parity with the iOS and web apps.

Designed the foundation for the new native app — recording, home, notes, search, sharing, Ask AI, and the Dynamic Island.
